This template creates a deletion request for the page.
Parameters
- 1: (Optional) The username of the requester.
- 2: (Optional) An optional reason.
- 3: (Optional) Optional details of the reason.
- 4, date: (Optional) A date tag for the request.
- speedy: (Optional) Set to change a speedy request. Please provide a sufficient reason to make the request speedy.
