Power Auxiliary

Auxiliary power is a new block type that tries to replace docked reactors.
The grouping mechanism works such that they don't require spatial patterns. in small groups, auxilliary power adds 25.2 power per block.
This can go all the way up to a maximum.

Adding a separate group of 9890 blocks will double the output, maintaining the bonus per block, and you can add as many groups as you like
