Tractor Beam Computers are the system terminals for Tractor Beam systems. Tractor Beams are beam systems design to move or hold ships and other mobile entities like Asteroids in place. Tractor beams have 3 modes: Push, Pull, and Hold. Logic Signals can be used to remotely activate the system as well as effect what mode is used.
