Factory Enhancers increase the output of the factory to which they are linked. Each Enhancer increases the factory output by one.
A factory with one Enhancer linked will produce two times the normal output. A factory with 10 Enhancers linked will produce 11 times the normal output, etc.
Factory Enhancers consume power while the factory is active.
