Background

Coming from a long line of modded minecraft servers, the enigmatic philosopher being, known as mechalich, arrived on the Starmade scene December of 2018.

Initially, he was quite impressed by the possibilities of Starmade. The vehicle-centric design as well as enhanced building tools were a refreshing leap forward, technologically, from his minecraft days.

Approaching the 70-hour mark, he is growing increasingly frustrated with the plethora of early-adopter YouTube tutorials that are not aging well, as well as the neglected wiki. An area where his GODLIKE humility and shakespearean grasp of existential fundamentals separate him from the riffy raffy laffy taffy. He just wants to hop in his battleship and blankety-blank every skank that sews chaos upon a benevolent galaxy. With so much to build, what fool would destroy?

Recent

Mechalich and his friend Whopis are playing on the Freaks R Us server, chosen for it's seemingly low-ping environment and whimsical title. The plan is to see if Starmade is fun competitively, or if we should switch our hosted minecraft server over to starmade for private play.

Notes: lag teleporting "rubber-banding" in combat and mining. Not much com chatter since riscles101's station was wrecked by his gross negligence (though he insists it was pirates). Kinda boring. Multiple disconnects in the last 24 hours. Frustrating. Unknown if this is this server, or starmade in general.
