+ | Next is the important arrow, for forward facing turrets that arrow has to point to the front of the ship, notice that the indication arrow is located on top of the light lime green box as there is 4 forward arrow positions, it appears on the left and right sides and on the bottom of the light lime green box, as too why I mentioning it here as well, I keep making this turret base X-axis and I keep getting inverted, upside down and backwards when inside the core of the turret, as this arrow location is sometimes not the easiest to see dependant where you're positioned. Very easy to miss this aspect of the arrow and you end in all kinds of configurations you did not desire. | ||

Rail Turret Axis' are rail docks that allow ships to be used as turrets on Space Stations and other ships. Each block allows 360 degree rotations however only on one axis. The most effective turrets are comprised of two docked entities that make use of two different axis'.

"This is the turret axis module. Use a Rail Docker to dock to this block. A Rail axis will only move within the axis the block is facing. However, it is possible to chain two of them together to make turrets with full 360 degree freedom."
